And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ.
Ephesians 4:11-12
Here at Mission 15:21 we will be applying Ephesians 4:11-12 in this season in a way we call E3. Note that this will be in addition to our ongoing through the Bible teaching broadcasts in each language group.
The three E’s we are highlighting from this passage that directly pertain to our ministry in this season are evangelism, equipping, and edifying.
Specifically:

Evangelize the unreached of the Fulani, Mayangna, Garifuna, and Miskito communities in which we work.

Equip promising elders who can in turn equip the new believers.

Edify new native churches by helping them organize and grow.
Around this strategy we are planning multiple E3 events for 2025:

Basic ministry training for Fulani herdsmen elders around Nigeria. Pastor JB. Three events.

Inductive Bible Study, Hermeneutics, and New Testament book studies for Nicaraguan Mayangna elders at our Bible House. Pastor Cornelio Alaniz. Three events.

Bible classes at the Miskito Bible Institute in Puerto Lempira, Honduras. Pastor Ludy Washington. Three events.

Garifuna youth leadership retreats near La Ceiba, Honduras. Pastor Eduardo Bonifacio. Three events.

Future American missionaries in training outreach to the Miskito Coast to help plant a native church in Kaukira, Honduras. Pastor Matt McCollum. Monthly home preparations and one international mission trip.
Our special E3 giving fund for this season will help cover costs for the following:

Partial scholarships for qualified youth, elders, pastors and their “Timothies” participating in the events. Note that each participant will pay for some portion of their training.

Partial scholarships for the future youth missionaries I will personally be training. The culmination will be a 16-day cross-cultural evangelistic outreach in the summer of 2025.
